These materials are designed to add soft-touch appeal, functional performance or product safety features to applications in the consumer, automotive, industrial, construction markets & more. Dryflex SE is our standard TPE range. It is extremely adaptable and used to make everything from toys to toothbrushes, sports equipment to packaging. These compounds are easy to process and optimised for injection moulding. Dryflex TPV compounds are composed of a highly vulcanised rubber phase dispersed throughout a thermoplastic matrix and combine the processing ease, efficiency and recyclability of a thermoplastic with the improved flexibility, low compression set and resistance to aggressive fluids of a vulcanised rubber.
